Enayat Esmat Minerals Extraction & Processing Company Secures Major Talc Mining Contract in Nangarhar.
The Minister of Mines and Petroleum, Alhaj Mullah Hedayatullah Badri, signed a 15-year contract with Enayat Esmat Minerals Extraction & Processing Company for the extraction and processing of the Talc Mine in Achin, Nangarhar. Backed by a $38,748,771.64 USD total investment, the project features a royalty rate of 1,395 AFN per ton paid to the Islamic Emirate, dedicates $218,750 USD to local social services, and will generate employment for approximately 408 individuals.
